Data Deletion

Tety allows customers, users, and connected businesses to request deletion of personal data associated with their account, business, or external integrations.
To request data deletion, email support@tety.io with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
Include, when applicable
- Business name
- Email associated with the Tety account
- Connected WhatsApp number
- Connected Facebook Page or Instagram account
- Description of the data you want deleted
What we delete
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize applicable personal data, including account data, business data, end-customer data, operational history, and information associated with connected integrations, except for data we must retain for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, contractual compliance, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Disconnecting integrations
You may also request disconnection of external integrations, including WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook Page, or Messenger. Disconnection prevents Tety from receiving new data from that integration, although some previous records may be retained when necessary for the reasons listed above.
